Credible, honest, trustworthy
It's not every day you hear those words in the same sentence as real estate agent, however, Richard is a prince amoung agents. If i could take him to Brisbane with me, i would. I enthusiastically recommend Richard. He neither compromises his customer service, integrity or results. Thanks Richard! It's been a real pleasure.

Great to deal with.
We were interested in purchasing a house that Richard was in charge of selling. We showed up to an open home right before it finished, and he was polite even though we most likely inconvenienced him. He was never pushy in the negotiation process, but did stay in touch and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. He knew what steps had to be taken and guided us along the process. Not once did I feel pushed, rushed or that he tried to influence our decision at all. He just gave us the information and outlined different scenarios for each course of action. I think shy of polishing our shoes for us, this is the top quality service you'd like to expect. Richard was top quality. We will use him when it's time to sell.

Really Successful outcome
We had looked around this area over the past few years though Real estate.com and Domain so when i retired we made our trip to have a closer look at the area . The house we ended up buying was one we had seen and we are so happy we were successful but without Richard being so helpful (but not in that pushy way some real-estate salesmen can be) it would have been more difficult for us . He guided us though the process as regulations have changed since i last bought in this state . An all round nice bloke.

Simply the Best!
Richard has been a fantastic agent from start to finish! His communication throught the process has been excellent, always keeping me informed of events, timeframes etc. His advice about presentation and marketing of my property was spot on and helped to achieve a fantastic result-in fact we had several offers after only one open home! I cannot reccommend him highly enough, he is professional and courteous and knows how to seal the deal. Just get Richard, listen to his advice and you will not be disappointed!! He made the whole process run smoothly and it has been remarkably stress free! Thank you Richard :)

Lovely Agent

Highly recommend agent
