Helpful, Cheerful , Trustworthy and Professional. Who would ask for more? Nick has significant experience in the northern beaches market and knew all about what was on the market , where is was and how it may compare. His pricing was spot on. He worked hard to arrange all that was needed to market the unit properly, from styling to helpful suggestions on how to best present it . He kept me informed as to the progress of inquiries and almost single handedly secured an excellent outcome at auction in the middle of a pandemic.
