I have recently used Nick Scarf to sell my one bedroom investment unit. I found Nick to be excellent and he patiently explained the sales process to me from the beginning of the sale to the end of settlement. Nick suggested a couple of improvements to help sell my unit for a better price which did not involve a lot of additional cost. Nick also produced a short video on his mobile phone of the inside and outside of my unit showing particularly the outside surroundings and the over 55's apartments next door to my unit block.
