Stuart is an extremely hard worker who communicates exceedingly well . While I have no doubt he knows the area very well he got the situation with our vacant block badly wrong . His initial advice was that there would be a high demand for the block . The price we started with was $475k . We sold it for $360 k after around 8 months . There was no real interest at all for the block as it was seen as too steep. Stuart didnot put any pressure on us to drop the price. Notwithstanding this issue I would still recommend Stuart highly. .

Timing in and out of the market is about forward thinking, good luck and good advice as the Gold Coast heads towards a Spring rally and the upcoming 2018 Commonwealth Games. Our rental has been well managed by Place Robina which became ReMax Regency over the past 13 years, and with our property managers we have been conscientious with maintenance throughout and a refurbishment within the last year or so. Daryn Trowbridge and Darren Lewis were an amazing sales team. Positive experience from the initial contact with Daryn till settlement day and also thereafter. I initially contacted Daryn to inspect property and being located in another city a private inspection was arranged to suit my schedule, Daryn was quick and did all he could to assist arranging 2 houses for inspection. Inspections were completed and Daryn assisted with any concerns I had. Contracts were signed and thereafter a number of concerns i had with property were addressed by Daryn and he also was prompt, professional and courteous to my needs. I was an intercity buyer and not being located in the same city as property It can be difficult as a buyer buy Daryn was helpful and made the process stress-free. Daryn was always available when i made contact and any issues or concerns were immediately attended to and resolved. After settlement was completed Daryn continued to assist in the property, once again prompt and helpful. I was a buyer in this transaction but was so pleased with the process that if I was to sell a property would not hesitate to have Daryn as my agent as he worked hard for the seller of this property who was also interstate. Dayrn is easy to get along with, great personality, engaging and made the whole experience worry free. Dayrn proved to be very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled as a negotiator, he assisted in each process right up until settlement was complete but more importantly remained readily available thereafter, more than I would have expected.
