Stuart is an extremely hard worker who communicates exceedingly well . While I have no doubt he knows the area very well he got the situation with our vacant block badly wrong . His initial advice was that there would be a high demand for the block . The price we started with was $475k . We sold it for $360 k after around 8 months . There was no real interest at all for the block as it was seen as too steep. Stuart didnot put any pressure on us to drop the price. Notwithstanding this issue I would still recommend Stuart highly. .

Timing in and out of the market is about forward thinking, good luck and good advice as the Gold Coast heads towards a Spring rally and the upcoming 2018 Commonwealth Games. Our rental has been well managed by Place Robina which became ReMax Regency over the past 13 years, and with our property managers we have been conscientious with maintenance throughout and a refurbishment within the last year or so. Daryn Trowbridge and Darren Lewis were an amazing sales team. They worked with our Property Managers, Jackie, Cushla and Ben at ReMax Regency to get the small stuff attended to & get the deal over the line. They achieved a great price in an early Spring market and wonderful that our terrific tenants will get to stay on. That was a win win for us and a huge bonus for our buyers. A qualified tenant from Day One. Our thanks also go to those quality ReMax tenants who helped us out with immaculate open home inspections, the Property Managers at ReMax and of course our Daryn and Darren. What a great team. You need a Village to sell a house. Really … but it sure helps to have a great team. Firm and steady - totally across their market reach is how I would describe Daryn Trowbridge's sales approach.
