I initially contacted Daryn to inspect property and being located in another city a private inspection was arranged to suit my schedule, Daryn was quick and did all he could to assist arranging 2 houses for inspection. Inspections were completed and Daryn assisted with any concerns I had. Contracts were signed and thereafter a number of concerns i had with property were addressed by Daryn and he also was prompt, professional and courteous to my needs. I was an intercity buyer and not being located in the same city as property It can be difficult as a buyer buy Daryn was helpful and made the process stress-free. Daryn was always available when i made contact and any issues or concerns were immediately attended to and resolved. After settlement was completed Daryn continued to assist in the property, once again prompt and helpful. I was a buyer in this transaction but was so pleased with the process that if I was to sell a property would not hesitate to have Daryn as my agent as he worked hard for the seller of this property who was also interstate. Dayrn is easy to get along with, great personality, engaging and made the whole experience worry free.
