Tomas was excellent in maintaining contact over an extended period of time and keeping me informed about the state of the local market. When it came time to sell, Tomas was able to move quickly and efficiently through the entire process and readily dealt with the day to day matters as they arose, which greatly assisted the buyer, seller and existing tenants.

Very little to tell....... Kylee visited one day had an offer the next and sold two days later. An agent who can back up her words with outstanding results.

Kylee was a great agent to deal with. No request was too much hassle. Fantastic communication, upfront and honest. We were so lucky to have purchased a home from an Agent who actually cares about the buyer, not just the seller. Can't recommend her highly enough

Kylee was fantastic facilitating the sale of my investment property. She worked with the buyer, tenant and myself to coordinate a great outcome and kept me informed throughout a complex settlement period with multiple conditions. I highly recommend Kylee.

We recently purchased a property in Balmoral sold by Tomas Mian of Remax. Tomas and his team were genuine and very approachable. His local knowledge is second to none. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would not hesitate in recommending his expertise and services.

Kylee is a highly experienced and professional real estate agent who isn't flashy or salesy, just gets the job done. It was a no brainer for us to choose her to sell our home.

Tomas was great to deal with. He was personable, attentive and knew a lot about the property he was selling which helped us form a fuller view and was valuable to us and I'm sure the seller also.

We found Zoe was very helpful and professional to deal with during the purchase of our home. Zoe’s friendly and professional approach made us feel at ease during my search for a new property. We never felt intimidated to ask questions and she was always so prompt in addressing any concerns. She is very helpful and also passionate at the same time about getting the best outcome for everyone! Zoe was honest, upfront and genuine, overall we felt confident and very at ease that we were being looked after by an agent. Would 100% recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

I have dealt with a number of agents over the years but Dan's calm, no fuss, down to earth persona made the experience seamless. He got the best possible result for my sale and was great on comms throughout the process.

This was my first property purchase and Carol even though was acting on behalf of seller helped buyer side, as well as liaised between solicitors to expedite the whole process. She also helped with tradesman contacts and got some of the stuff done which was not her job. I highly recommend her as preferred real estate agent.
