Tomas was a genuine and professional agent who it was an absolute pleasure to work with in purchasing my home. His advice was sound and sensible, his responses timely and apt and his follow through reliable. I was happy with every aspect of my dealings with Tomas and would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying property.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first home through Zoe from RE/MAX Realestate. I honestly cannot recommend her services highly enough. Being a first home buyer I had no idea where to even start ! Zoe guided me through the whole process and went out of her way to provide advice and support to me. Zoe’s experience and knowledge was invaluable. I was very impressed with how efficiently Zoe negotiated the entire process and her communication with me throughout, as an anxious first home buyer, was always professional yet kind and helpful and very much appreciated. Given how competitive the property market is at the moment I was amazed at how easy it seemed to purchase my first home ! However, I suspect this was a result of Zoe’s professionalism and skills and not just luck. I would recommend Zoe without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a property and I will certainly contact her again should I need a realestate agent in the future.

Couldn’t rate Tom highly enough. Right from the start he made the process feel easy and was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns we had any time of the day the whole way through the process. We felt Tom genuinely cared about getting a great sale for us and we can’t thank them enough for the result!

Tomas kept in close contact over a number of months and waited until we thought the market was good. Arranged everything for the marketing of the property and personally took control of the property sale. Good on line presence and presentation.

We found Carol Spalding to be reliable and easy to relate to. Her advice on presentation of dwelling for photos and open house was insightful. Carol is friendly and approachable and full of great ideas. We found her easy to communicate with. She was honest and upfront and seemed to be genuinely interested in the best outcome for seller and purchaser. We would definitely recommend Carol to others and should we require a real estate agent in the future we certainly would approach Carol to act on our behalf. Thank you Carol for sharing your knowledge of the market and being so approachable.
