Kylee has been a breath of fresh air and is like no other agent we have worked with. Having bought and sold property for over twenty years, this time we have not had to listen to “cliche” comments from an agent. Kylee is about finding the buyer, prequalifying and bringing to us a signed contract - no false starts here, Kylee delivers!

Kylee helped us during our purchase process to facilitate things, as a first home buyer you have so many concerns to find a suitable property and more than that a responsive and communicative person. Kylee ticked all of these criteria. She is the real estate agent that any buyer always ask for.

Allan was an absolute pleasure to deal with form a buyers perspective. Nothing was too difficult, he was very accommodating for inspections and questions and was the consummate professional salesperson. The type of person that would go above and beyond for his client.

Kylee was a brilliant agent to entrust to sell our property. Professional, timely and a great communicator. Will be using her again and recommending her to friends and relatives to use her services. To top it all off Kylee was able to negotiate a great selling price. Thanks Kylee.

Kylee was great to deal with. At a time of madness in the Brisbane property market Kylee was helpful, honest and friendly. We have dealt with many agents whilst looking for a property and Kylee was one of the best! She had good knowledge of the area, great communication and honesty around the process. I would definitely work with Kylee again.

Has sold three houses in our street in a month. Just fantastic with both sellers and buyers (a big plus) - a great communicator and very approachable with questions. Sold for a great price three days after appearing in the internet and only one open home. Thanks Kylee!

Kylee is a fantastic realtor. She is extremely organised, helpful, available and reliable. As a buyer, her level of contact and engagement did not waiver from pre-sale to settlement. For any sellers out there, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience than I had with her as a buyer.
