Exceptional Communicator and Excellent Agent
We asked RateMyAgent for guidance in late 2021. James O'Donohue was one of the preferred Agents. We selected three agents and asked each to provide Agency details. Due to Covid our sale intentions were delayed by three months. James was in contact with us regularly by phone, email and text providing useful market updates and offering us assistance in the preparation process. James dedication to the process won him the sale appointment. James is a quietly spoken, courteous and very knowledeable Agent who has provided excellent service. Smooth process
James did not take long to secure a buyer for our investment property. There were a few issues regarding details of the marketing program and client loyalty ( the agency rented our property) but with negotiation we worked through it. James kept us updated via email and phone. Thanks James
