james originally got in contact with me ,telling me he had sold the property next door.i told him that i may sell when the tenants moved out. we kept in contact on a nonintrusive manner. when i decided to sell i found james well informed with the market puntuial,thougher and he kept me well informed with what was happening .i have sold a fair share of properties over the years and dealt with a lot of agents some good some bad.i couldnt fault james handling of the sale of my house and would highly recomend him to prospective sellers (top shelf)
