James and Safa were always helpful and took the time to meet at the location/ provide confirmation of a visit if driving by the block of land. They were helpful in the process. My only concern was finding out that the block had not been registered when I made my offer, and that information came in the form of a special condition in the draft contract. This may be familiar to other purchasers of property, but not to myself. The settlement went ahead as planned after the title was registered. James and Safa helped to arrange a tidy of vegetation on the block before handover (a few weeks later than planned, with the above). This was appreciated by myself.
