James and Safa were a pleasure during a stressful time.
Most of our transaction was handled early on by Safa Itote and her communications and positive attitude really helped as buying sight unseen can be stressful. James O’Donohue was also super helpful and understanding in the negotiation process. Moving across the country, to a house you haven’t seen is a scary process but we felt a team in Toowoomba was there who understood our COVID-time move drama and did there part to make it easier where they could. It was also lovely to receive appreciation from the Make a wish foundation whom Remax are able to support with our purchase. Professional team +++

Jacqui is a joy
I sent an email 10.25pm on a Wednesday about inspecting a property, NOT expecting a reply until the next day. I got a reply three minutes, YES, three minutes later! Thanks to Jacqui's dedication and responsiveness we were able to inspect the next day, and buy that perfect property which met our timeline and ticked all our boxes. From the time of inspecting, signing the contract, settling and post settlement, we were impressed by Jacqui's warmth, professionalism and passion for property and people. Thank you Jacqui!
