Ric was very pro-active with the sale of our house. As soon as we decided to sell our house Ric made everything happen very quickly, we were able to sell our house within 1 week of it being listed. Ric was happy to offer his assistance and thoughts where required, even on the last day of settlement when our conveyancer required extra items and we had to go to the city to sign documentation, Ric asked if we were ok with the kids or if we needed a baby sitter. Ric was understanding of our circumstance and was eager to find our next family home, listening to what our next home needed to have and understanding our requirements. Ric kept us up to date with any homes he had up and coming. Unfortunately when we sold we didn't find somewhere due to the quiet selling market; however Ric still stayed in contact and checked in on our progress also providing updates on upcoming potential homes. In going to open homes we attended for other potential homes we experienced first hand how other real estate agents operated, we appreciated how Ric was fair, open and easy to deal with which was rare to find elsewhere.
