After buying a home through Natalia some years ago, we have since employed her twice to sell property for us. When purchasing our home, we found Natalia to be very attentive and she communicated every aspect of the process very well. Most importantly she was not pushy, as many agents can be, and allowed us to make a decision in our own time. So when it came to selling, she was the first person who came to mind. We thought other buyers would appreciate these same qualities. Then as sellers, we experienced Natalia's professionalism from a different perspective. She is very hard working, positive and eager to achieve a great result for her seller. We greatly appreciated being informed usually daily of the progress of the sale. She is also very honest and tells you how it is which we feel is important. Our first sale was achieved within 26 days of the property going on the market and our second sale inside of a fortnight. This one was particularly pleasing as these kind of properties usually sit for many months before selling but as usual this did not daunt Natalia and she was confident we would have it sold quickly - and it was! Forget what you've heard about agents being dodgy and not to be trusted, this lady blows that theory right out the back door. Since our first meeting, Natalia was totally respectful, helpful, courteous and all our dealings with her when buying our house was an absolute pleasure. Underlying all that pleasantness was a person who knew her stuff, negotiated well but fair and followed up with all the necessary advice required to make the buying process as smooth as possible. The follow up after the sale had completed to see how we were going in our new home was much appreciated and a welcome. We had some questions of the old owners, Natalia followed up and got action for us within the hour. If you are looking to buy a house and Natalia is the agent, you can be assured of an honest, open and transparent process from start to finish.
