From start to finish, David was personable, respectful and professional (with manners your Mum would love) and he completely broke the mould! We found selecting an agent to be overwhelming as you try to sift through who is genuinely chasing the best result possible, and who is just chasing a listing for their profile stats, and it doesn't help that agents are tainted by the "stigma" associated with being un-trust worthy sales people - It's like our guard was immediately up in the selection process. But, it needn't have been! David was honest, realistic and was very prepared to put his "money where his mouth was" in regards to the sale of our property. David provided prompt and friendly service in all aspects of the sale, even after settlement - be it helping get mail that missed redirection back to you or just checking in on how everything is going. We preferred his way of thinking when it came to marketing strategy, they were clever strategies that didn't cost a fortune, and even better.... that they actually worked!
