We chose David as his agency was within close proximity to our home. Also as David lives in the estate. David had an appointment with us one afternoon where he discussed all his marketing ideas. We chose to go with his recommendations. We also decided to do open homes. We were pleasantly surprised that from the time we listed to when he had a contract on ours was a speedy 3 weeks. Couldn't recommend David highly enough. Very easily to deal with but at the same time very professional.

Average days to sell homes in our area was 367 days......Not with Kathy Sweeny she did an excellent job with marketing, recommending advertising techniques (3D walk through definitely recommend) as well scheduling regular open homes and buyer visits. Apart from being on time every time she also prospected potential buyers from plenty of other channels which resulted in multiple offers being presented after 2 weeks and the house sold and settled in 6 weeks!! Cant recommend this agent high enough!! If your looking for great hard working, reliable and honest real estate Kathy is the one for you.

I t is not that a Real Estate Sales person actually accomplishes what they say they will make happen. However David said WHAT HE WAS GOING TO AND WHAT HE SAID, DID HAPPEN.
