Debra was very professional and helpful with this sale. The buyer was a nightmare making more and more demands after the contract was approved. Debra was very calm with him and more tolerant than I would have been, we also had the problem of the tenant that did not want to move. The sale took nearly 5 months and was very wearing on everyone's nerves but Debra came through and kept us informed at every stage. i would certainly recommend Debra to sell another home for me.
