I just moved in to this unit not long ago and so far so good. Though I raised few concerns about the property but my agent is very proactive and she's doing great job for getting the issues fixed as soon as possible. I'd say it's impressive!

Acaila and the team have been professional, friendly and helpful with me coming in as a residential tenant with RE Central. Queries/issues dealt with promptly. The one issue that was unable to be dealt with immediately ( no one’s fault) was still actioned for resolution timely and I was kept informed at all times. As a landlord myself (other state) I’d be more than happy with RE Central to be my managing agent!

Our Property Manager Kira-Lee is the reason we are staying with Real Estate Central. In our dealings with Kira-Lee we have found her to be very professional which included prompt service of damage to our property following our recent cyclone and following up our previous tenants failure to pay rent on time. In relation to property inspections, we feel the acceptable standard by Real Estate Central is below the acceptable standard by us, in particular the upkeep of the garden and general cleanliness of the interior of the property, including mouldy bathrooms. Prior to 1/11 Landsborough Street Bakewell we have had previous rental properties with differant Real Estates and have never had to outlay monies or provide our own time in cleaning a vacated property. We have had to outlay money and provide our own labour in the past two vacations with your company. This is unacceptable.
