I’d like to personally advise you of the amazing service I have received from Kira-Lee during the process of applying for my new rental. This was the first rental I have ever applied for and it was very daunting to me. However, Kira-Lee was lovely to deal with and she was always more than happy to help answer any questions I had, no matter how many there were. These girls know what they are doing - they are extremely helpful and efficient! We didn't have much time in between leases and needed to get keys as soon as possible - this came as a big shock to the girls as they didn't expect us needing such a fast turn around (all on me for not being more clear)!! At first they told us it would be near impossible to get the keys the same day we were approved since there was a whole process they needed to go through. But, Taylah and Joanna seemed to drop everything and they made it happen! I can't believe how helpful everyone was throughout this process - so compassionate and helpful!! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend renting from anyone else, these girls are absolute rock stars! Thank you so much - we are loving our new place!!
