Overall, our experience was good. Our agent, Gerdi, was very supportive throughout the process. As first-time renters, we were unsure about our rent payment date and unfortunately missed it. However, Gerdi was extremely understanding and handled the situation very professionally, which we greatly appreciated. It would be helpful if the rent payment date could be communicated more clearly, especially for first-time renters, to avoid such issues in the future.

I have been dealing with Gerdi Soon on this property and Gerdi has has been amazing to work with , she organised all trades quickly to carry out repairs for the property so it could be rented asap plus she also responds quickly to my emails and ph calls. Just made the whole precess easy for me .
