1. She rushed the rental process and leased me an apartment with a ceiling leak and mold issues. 2. She violated our prior agreement, which allowed me to rent out two additional rooms. After I moved in, she changed her mind and demanded a rent increase if I rented a room to a third person. 3. She did not disclose the mold issue before signing the agreement—only mentioned the ceiling leak caused by the air conditioning. 4. She ignored my request for mold removal after I discovered plenty of mold in the fans of the toilet and master bedroom (where I live), as well as in another room. 5. Despite multiple attempts to contact her via messages, emails, and phone calls from last Thursday to Monday, she has not responded.
