She has been a very open communicator and provides realistic and credible advice around our property. Very quick to respond to queries and I think has genuine interest in doing best by the owner and tenants.

Given the Rental market at the time I arrived it was a pleasant experience to deal with the team @ Real Estate Central. They understood my requirements and tailored their offerings accordingly. The properties I was shown were all well presented and clean and tidy. Makes a decision a bit easier. The Application process, by necessity, is a bit daunting but the Team guided me through any sticking points and kept me involved with the process as time went on. From acceptance to the formal handover the Team was very organised and professional. The move into the new premises went off without a hitch. Suffice to say I am very satisfied with the services provided by Real Estate Central and would have no hesitation recommending them to prospective customers.

She is knowledgeable, handling my rental easily and with a friendly manner . It is important to have someone working WITH you, and I could always rely on Renee to get anything fixed, and to communicate properly. I will happily work with Renee again when I have the opportunity.
