Application process was easy, and application was approved promptly. Emails were responded to in a good time frame. I had a concern regarding the property condition on ingoing which was addressed pretty quickly and rectified. I was kept up to date with name and details of the contractor attending.

I started renting with Real Estate Central in February 2016 and have moved house twice with them. With each property- from the application, inspection and vacating of the premises, my rental experience has been good. The House managers have been helpful and insightful about my needs and displayed great understanding when any issues arise. They have to prompt in responding to messages, helpful in conveying matters to the Landlord and empathetic in resolving issues. Worthy of mention is Hayely McGaffin who has been exceptionally helpful.
