Application process was a breeze and communication was good. Once your in a place, getting a response to a service call or repairs etc takes a bit of time and persistence. Maybe just because the PMs are over worked and don’t have enough time? Other than that, the experience has been far from a bad one.

Caitlin has been a fantastic property manger for or investment property. Understanding the challenges she has in a dead market in such a transient place, Caitlin has performed her role superbly. At times it would be nice to see Caitlin supported through times of planned or unplanned leave or high volume times, I think team support is lacking and profits might be preferenced over supporting staff. Retaining Caitlin would be at the benefit of RC.

Kira-Lee Barnett has managed my rental for the last couple of years. I have found Kira-Lee friendly, professional and she attends my requests in a timely manner!
