Very happy with my property manager Elissa Moy who keeps me up-to-date and informed with all matters with regard to my properties. While I trust her to act on my behalf if I am not available she always advises me of what she is doing by email or leaves a message on the phone. Joanna was the friendliest and most helpful agent I have ever had. Any problems were fixed in a timely manner and she was available for all concerns and questions. I wish I could have joanna as my agent for the rest if my renting years. If I was to ever buy in the darwin area I would request she be my agent.
