From start to finish everything has been so easy. Hannah the agent made it clear and straight forward and was in contact for anything we needed to get sorted. The turn around was quick and our place had quality tennants within the week. The hand over to our property manager has been seamless and all service was friendly and professional. Its great to feel as though they're working for us not that we have had to play on their terms (we have this experience before). I already have and will continue to recommend them.

Caitlin provides excellent services as our property manager. Caitlin promptly attends to any issues that arise from the tenants regarding the property situated at 17 Royal Circuit Durack. Caitlin returns calls and appears to have sound up to date knowledge and experience regarding the rental property market. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Caitlin. It is always a pleasure speaking with her and we are hoping that Caitlin will continue to be our property manager in the future.

I've always been particularly skeptical of rental agents and Kirsty from Real Estate Central has changed all of that. From the beginning she was accepting of my edits to the condition report, and quickly organised additional permissions and maintenance requests from the landlord. This was the first time I have ever had to break lease - I had to quickly relocate down south for a family emergency - and Kirsty handled my situation with compassion, kindness and understanding. There was no haggling for the bond and she took the stress off the entire process. At such a difficult time for me personally, she was more than what I could have hoped in a property manager.

I want to commend highly Ms Kirsty Mattiazzo for helping me getting this place as my second home. Despite my predicament not able to personally be present in securing my place due to a medical emergency that I must attend to away from Darwin. Kirsty have communicated with me in every step of the process in signing up for the lease.
