After a short advertising campaign which generated modest interest at auction in a depressed market, the property sold for the amount that Sascha had indicated it would likely attract. This in my view confirmed her excellent ability to read the market and give sound advise. Sascha did not sugar coat her advice nor in my experience will she over inflate an appraisal in order to secure a listing.
