Communication is excellent and always keeps me in the loop. Follows up enquiries in a very timely manner. Recently tenanted the property and Kourtney was exceptional at keeping me informed throughout the whole process, from tenants vacating to signing up new tenants who are moving in next week. I trust Kourtney to make decisions on my behalf and I hope Kourtney continues to be my property manager into the future.
