Faced with the arduous task of moving (reluctantly - landlords moving back in) whilst running our own business with four children and working upwards of 80 hours a week each, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find a leasing agent who treated the tenants with respect and care. Tara was accommodating to our hectic schedule and within days of expressing interest in the home, we collected the keys. The weight of house-hunting was lifted and we could not be happier. After attending multiple inspections with different real estate agents, the one with Tara was impressive and review worthy. Most agents sign your name off, let you walk through the house and wave goodbye as you leave. Tara, however was authentic, very engaging and curious as to what we thought of the home. I am sure the landlord and future clients of hers would be just as impressed as we were.

Tara / Mitch at Real Property Specialists have been great after having so much trouble with the previous real Estate agent . They have been real Helpful thru the ordeal i had with removing the old tenants to assisting me with my insurance claim to releasing my property . Ive felt like family dealing with this group.
