Rachel went that little bit extra for us!

We already had one property managed by Real Property Specialists, so when we were looking to lease our second, it was a no brainer to put it in the trusty hands of Tara. Even though the second property was not in the local area, RPS were happy to take it on. I gave Tara all the details, handed her the keys and then I didn't have to do a single thing. They found us great tenants at the rental price we were after. It was just so easy! They take great care of our tenants and our properties. We would recommend without hesitation. Don't bother looking elsewhere. If you want stress free Property Management, Tara is your girl.

Great Service
We recently viewed a property for lease with Real Property Specialists. The viewing was held by Sarah, who answered my questions and actioned email communication promptly with our application to lease. Once our approval came through, Tara & Danni looked after the lease - which was a breeze as all the paperwork was done digitally. On the commencement of lease day, and key pick up - Danni (Tara had unfortunately taken ill) and the Team at the office were friendly and welcoming, it was like catching up with friends. We would highly recommend Tara and her Team - they are very easy to deal with and go that little extra to ensure everything runs smoothly.
