With any real estate property, the market will tell you what the property is worth at the current time. It is up to the vendor to accept a price on the advice given by the agent when he believes he has gained the maximum from the purchaser at the time. Having not quite got what we wanted, the relief that we have now seeing that settlement is over, far out weighs the stress waiting for the possibility of a higher price. Wayne did a great job in a competitive market place.

Exceeding expectation without any fanfare
Wayne Bisgrove gets results. If I left that statement as it is it would only be a justice to my own cause, but an injustice to the greater service that Wayne delivers. Yes, he got 'the sale' but his manner and straightforwardness made it a much rounder and more fulfilling engagement. In fact, had Wayne not got the sale so quickly as he did, I would have backed him as long as it was needed. Wayne Bisgrove is good man with much to give. S Benhayon.

Brendan was very competent and knowledgeable in all our dealings. He quickly opened a good communication link between us and the sellers and this took a lot of the stress out of buying. A good result all round.
Brendan is a straight-shooter. I know I can speak for all four partners when I say that we could not be happier with the way this purchase worked out. The entire transaction was professionally managed and there were no surprises. Nothing was too hard. All information requested was promptly supplied as well as site visits at short notice. It was a good job done well. :)
