My wife and I were a little hesitant about putting our home on the market. Once we finally decided it was the right time to do so we were wanted the right person for the job. With plenty of agencies in our local town we thought inviting one from the biggest and longer established would be wise. After a visit we were left feeling under whelmed . The agent just didn't fit our expectations and this was before we decided to go with him . I' d seen James Shugg around town and had had many conversations regarding local real estate . James is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with. He didn't come across as too pushy and came up with an innovative solution to meet our requirements (i.e. negotiating a 6 month lease with the vendor as part of the deal as we did not need to move into the property straight away). It was a pleasure dealing with him and we would happily use him to either buy or sell a property in the future!
