Brendan is an extremely persistent real estate sales agent that kept a very professional attitude and provided feedback to us on every open house inspection. With any real estate property, the market will tell you what the property is worth at the current time. It is up to the vendor to accept a price on the advice given by the agent when he believes he has gained the maximum from the purchaser at the time. Having not quite got what we wanted, the relief that we have now seeing that settlement is over, far out weighs the stress waiting for the possibility of a higher price. Wayne did a great job in a competitive market place.
