My wife and I were a little hesitant about putting our home on the market. Once we finally decided it was the right time to do so we were wanted the right person for the job. With plenty of agencies in our local town we thought inviting one from the biggest and longer established would be wise. After a visit we were left feeling under whelmed . The agent just didn't fit our expectations and this was before we decided to go with him . I' d seen James Shugg around town and had had many conversations regarding local real estate . James seemed to have a passion for his work and showed excitement about opening the new Ray White In town. It felt right to assign him to the job of selling our home. Once on the market our home had plenty of interest and we felt a real buzz that it wouldn't take long before it was sold. Six weeks later we were sold . A fantastic feeling as it all progressed so smoothly . Since settlement James has kept in touch. We were more then happy with our agent .

I found James to be upbeat and positive during the period he had my unit listed, which was quite a while longer than we both expected. He appreciated my wanting to hold out for the best price and didn't pressure me to accept a lower offer or try to talk me down. I have had dealings with other agents who did just that on other property sales and it always leaves a feeling of unsettled dissatisfaction. With James I felt we had got the right buyer and the best deal. So many thanks for your patience, James!

James is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with. He didn't come across as too pushy and came up with an innovative solution to meet our requirements (i.e. negotiating a 6 month lease with the vendor as part of the deal as we did not need to move into the property straight away). It was a pleasure dealing with him and we would happily use him to either buy or sell a property in the future!
