Russell was extremely efficient in responding to our initial query and provided us with a great experience at the home open that mean that we knew the buying experience would be fantastic. Russell kept us up to date with all the changes as they were happening throughout the process which given the speed of the campaign was very helpful. Russell and his team were also extremely honest and professional in how he dealt with leading up to the offer being accepted and then was more than available to answer any queries that we had.

This was a lead determinate in selecting Haiven to sell my home. First impressions by phone were very positive and Sean came to my house along with Oliver. It was a very easy conversation.
