With Xav being a local in the area together with many years experience, he was able to demonstrate his market knowledge by correctly estimating a value of a property we were looking at. Using technology and sales data he was able to validate the value of comparable properties which had recently been sold or currently on the market. This gave me confidence that the price expectations for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home was realistic. Xav, was in constant communication regarding not only the sale of our property but was also in communication with the agent of the property we purchased. He provided great sales advice, arranging all the advertisement’s, videos, private and public home opens. During our search for a new property, he very quickly provided valuation reports and recent sale figures for properties sold and on the market comparisons to enable comprehensive valuation estimates for properties that we were considering.
