I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan McDonagh for the sale of my home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Jordan demonstrated professionalism, market expertise, and exceptional communication skills that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of Jordan’s standout qualities is his deep understanding of the local real estate market. He provided valuable insights that helped us set a competitive price for our property, and his marketing strategy was top-notch. The photos and listing he arranged highlighted our home’s best features, which resulted in strong interest and multiple offers in a short period of time. Jordan’s communication was another highlight of working with him. He kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and provided clear guidance whenever we needed to make decisions. His calm and confident demeanor helped ease any anxieties we had, and we always felt like we were in capable hands. Moreover, Jordan went above and beyond by offering practical advice on small improvements to maximize our home’s appeal and by expertly negotiating to get us the best possible deal. His attention to detail and dedication to our satisfaction truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients, Jordan McDonagh is the one to call. I’m incredibly grateful for his hard work and the fantastic results he achieved for us!

We recently sold a home in Perth. We had worked with Paul on buying the home, and his agency for rentals. So, we reached out again when it was time to sell. Paul is excellent at communicating. He describes what the steps are and then follows up at every point. He was a pleasure to work with, and have the process as stress free as possible.

Every step of the process was seamless, thanks to their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. We’ve dealt with many agents throughout our search, but working with Josh and Brad was truly a pleasure. Highly recommend!
