From the initial contact to successfully purchasing the property, Josh and Brad consistently demonstrated great patience and enthusiasm, providing me with professional support throughout the process, which ultimately helped me complete the purchase smoothly.

The team at Haiven, in particular Oliver Hess, were amazing from the get go. Having sold an identical property in the same suburb very recently, they were able to reference attractive selling points and reach out to potential buyers. They demonstrated a great knowledge of the current market and were able to attract a huge number of walk throughs over one weekend. We had a goal selling price and were thrilled to reach it with Ollie's careful negotiations between potential buyers. Thanks to the whole team.

Brad and Josh sold our house in Stirling. The most dedicated lovely gentlemen. Really worked hard and went above and beyond to get the house sold. The whole team including their office just wonderful to deal with. Still helping me to find my next property now. Just fantastic team. Thanks Naomi.👌❤️

Josh and Brad could not have been easier to work with, they were always quick with their communications and were also helpful with their knowledge and happy to offer it up where they thought it useful. This has continued post-sale and so I would be happy to work with them again as a buying/selling partner.

Paul was great from start to end - super accomodating and always made himself available if you needed to talk anything through. Super friendly and felt like I had known him for years.

I would highly recommend Chris and jai. They are very professional, have extensive knowledge in the market. They take all the stress away with selling your home and get the job done fast with fantastic results. They have sold my last two homes and have been an absolute pleasure to work with.

I couldn`t speak highly enough about Paul`s efforts and willingness to give a hands on approach to selling . He diligently helped me prepare and transform my home in readiness for sale which enabled a far greater price than I would have perceived . He really does go that extra mile for his clients .

I would highly recommend Sean and his team.

Gareth helped us in deciding how to sell in the market as it is today. He patiently guided us in the details that were important to get the best possible outcome. He was not pushy or condescending, but was willing to work with us as the sellers. We appreciated the process…and got the best possible price for the property we were selling.

Jamie and Julie have been exceptional once again. I previously bought through this dynamic duo, but now I am a seller. They have supported me every step of the way in this fast paced, unpredictable real estate environment. They have been patient and caring, providing me with realistic advice and information when I needed it. Julie helped me determine my next steps when I was unsure what to do next and Jamie talked me through possible outcomes for taking or not taking an offer. I am grateful for their guidance and patience. They are the epitome of professionals and highly efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
