Julie was a gem. Currently being interstate provided a unique set of challenges when purchasing a property, however Julie went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress free, comfortable experience. She is exceptionally personable making you feel like you're dealing with someone you've known all your life! Couldn't recommend Julie and her team highly enough!

James recently handled the sale of our house. From start to finish, his communication was exemplary – always prompt, clear, and thoughtful. What truly sets James apart is his deep understanding of the product he’s selling. He took the time to thoroughly study every feature, fixture, and finish of our home, demonstrating an impressive attention to detail. He didn’t just sell our house; he showcased its nuances with a genuine understanding, which made a huge difference. Moreover, James’s handling of potential buyers was done with the utmost care, ethics, and honesty. His clear and concise communication was appreciated not just by us, but by the purchasers as well, ensuring a smooth and respectful process for all parties involved. James listened, taking on board all our concerns and preferences, and ensuring they were addressed throughout the process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence.

Sean's team is very accommodating, informative and accurate in their assessment of market conditions and expected results. I couldn't fault them as a team, and they're good, trustworthy people. They're our "go to" for anything real estate!

The unit was more difficult to sell than we thought considering the market. But with perseverance Brad and Josh sold it.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and the team on the sale of our House. Paul not only was there for another job but treated us as if we were family, made what could have been a very difficult process a breeze the whole way through. Paul and the team are a base full of knowledge not only on how to correctly market and present the house but also a wealth of knowledge of the suburb and market we were competing with. Our expectations for the house were already lower than what Paul suggested the property be worth, but made it clear not too go off his word but what the market tells us after being live online and first home open. He hit it way of the ball park with what we ended up getting for the property, breaking the record for the house of that size in the area by miles. Can’t thank Paul and the team enough for the hard work and constant communication along the way, also the unexpected congratulation gift we received was very much appreciated. Will highly recommend Paul and the team too all my family and friends and use them again for my future endeavours in the property market. Thank You again Paul and the team best in the business by miles. Regards Chris & Monique
