After living in our home for over 30years it was an unsettling time for my wife and myself in coming to terms to sell our home. With Seans relaxed but very professional approach made us very relaxed and comfortable. Seans knowledge and detail of the coastal strip is unmatched - his belief in it backed up by the fact he lives there. He was always approachable and always answered any query we had. Most importantly he managed to get both parties a fair and satisfactory result. We would and have recommended Sean to our friends. We have found when dealing with other members of Sean’s team they also have proved to be very professional.

We have been working with Sean to find our future family home for some-time & during this time, he kept us well informed of new properties coming on to the market and took us through to view as soon as possible. He returned any missed calls promptly and was very easy to deal with. This is also the same for his entire team. Sean knows the coastal suburbs very well and the residents. We have now secured our dream home in North Beach. Thank you team, and look forward to working with you some more in the future.

Brad made great suggestions when presenting the house to try achieve the best price. He has a good list of trades that can assist with repairs, cleaning and staging. We would use Brad again in the future.

We had been in our home for 26 years and the thought of selling our home was a daunting project. Along came Chris & the Lovell team. From our 1st meeting with Chris & right through the entire process we felt we couldn't be in better hands. Chris is extremely professional, knows his business & worked tirelessly to get the result we wanted. His communication kept us in the loop, we were never left wondering. We can't thank Chris & the team enough for their super efforts during the sale of our home.

Gareth was the seller’s agent when we bought our house and we used him 8 years later when we sold. We were very happy with Gareth’s service. He’s worked in Scarborough for a long time and knows the market well. The strategy he recommended worked brilliantly and he was diligent and proactive in following up potential buyers. We found Gareth a pleasure to work with - patient, compassionate, and great on communications. The support staff Realmark were also all friendly and professional.
