Chris and the Lovell team were absolutely amazing from the moment he stepped into the property to complete the appraisal to the moment settlement went through !!! Their knowledge of the market and especially Darch was first class and gave me the comfort I was going to get the best possible price. The communication from start to finish was first class which to me was very important as I was selling my house for the first time and stepped me through the whole process. Thanks again Chris and the Lovell team for a great experience.

Gareth was fantastic to deal with when purchasing our beautiful property. His communication was always extremely clear and never left us unsure of our position in the sale process. You can trust every word he says and he stuck by everything he said which was really refreshing. We thank Gareth and the whole team at Realmark Coastal for a fantastic experience when purchasing our home and we will be sure to use them if we need in the future.

Sean was recommended by a close friend who has used his services many times in the past. His advice was “don’t bother using anyone else, Sean is the best”. He was right. In every aspect of the house sale, Sean was incredibly professional, polite, humble and positive. He communicates clearly, and always keeps you in the loop. His service is next level and in looking for new properties we have not met another agent who comes close. We are so thankful for Sean’s help, and for the great result that he achieved. He comes with our highest recommendation.

It was great having James managing the sale of our house. Knows the local market and who are the real potential buyers. Great work from how to market the property, taking people through the property and finalising the sale.

I recently sold my home in Connolly. Julie and Jamie are a great team, always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. They were there every step of the way to support me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

James was up front with us, he didn't waste out time, we were excited about the house but didn't get out hopes up to high. James seemed to also work for us not just the seller which we are pleased about. Following acceptance of our offer James has been very helpful with any questions we have asked; he has stated he will support us to make this transition for both us and the seller go smoothly and will work with us, the seller and settlement agents to try and have things lined up so the process is less stressful as we are selling our property at the moment. We can't thank him enough for his professionalism and support and I know he will continue to support us to the end. We would definitely recommend him to friends in the future.

I bought my beautiful property through Sean in 2013. I was already impressed by him then. When I decided to sell up, I chose Sean to market my property. Sean is highly experienced, professional & trustworthy! He is also very helpful. I am very happy with the sale price Sean got me. Sean is supported by an outstanding team! I had the opportunity to cross paths with Amy, Oliver, Karis, Renee & Juliana - all are highly efficient but a special mention to Amy, who went over and beyond to resolve some issues for me!! Thanks again Realmart Coastal, Sean & his amazing team!
