Excellent agent
Mick Brace did a great job for us, explained the procedure of selling our house very thoroughly, kept us up to date with everything that was happening. His team took excellent photos, including awesome drone shots, and floor plan of our house. It sold really quickly and we are very happy with the whole process. The best thing about Bianca is she tells you how it is with no False hope or false promises. You know exactly where you and property stand in relation to the market and buyers. Credibility and clarity
This was the second house in the Miami / Burleigh area that we have used Mick from Realty Blue to sell. We were very impressed with his demeanour throughout the first transaction which enabled us to make a decision and sell with great satisfaction. We were approached by several other agents to sell the second property and whilst they cut costs and appeared very capable we chose Mick to represent our interests again. He outperformed our expectations again and achieved what we wanted all the time whilst acting in a professional and pleasant manner. A Great Team

Just as happy 2nd time around

Best agent ever used
