Knowledgeable Agent!

Great agent
Bianca had heard on the local grapevine we were preparing our house for sale; it was a lucky day for us when she knocked on our door! We had lived 36 years in the house, so the prospect of entering the real estate maze was slightly daunting; but Bianca made each step effortless with her knowledge and friendly disposition and the whole process was stress free. Bianca always returned our text, phone calls and emails. We achieved an excellent price for our house and we would not hesitate to recommend Bianca to either buyer or seller.

Great Agent
Sharon had a buyer for our house within a week of signing,she's direct but not pushy. Praise for a very good agent.
Bianca is a very good listener and compenent communicator. I am an interstate buyer and Bianca's obvious honesty and integrity in my dealings with her made my purshase a lot less stressful. Her ability to communicate between me as the buyer and the seller was a very important factor in negotiating a sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bianca as a real estate agent on the Gold Coast.
