Excellent Local Agent
We appointed Bianca to market a small unit at Burleigh that was tenanted but needed some renovation. Bianca was honest and clearly knew her market and was able to guide us through the whole process. Our preference was to sell the property "as is" leaving the purchaser to undertake any renovations but to ensure that the tenant was kept informed throughout the marketing. She regularly made contact with us by email, text or phone calls and within a reasonable period of time was able to secure a satisfactory sale at a fair price. She was always cheerful, honest, concise and gave good advice. The whole process was completed to our entire satisfaction. We can thoroughly recommend Bianca to anyone wishing to sell a property within her area of business.

Best Agent for Selling Your Home
Mick, we found was the best agent for selling our home. He always had our interests for max market price and negotiating max market price.
