We were so nervous about selling our first home, and with so many other factors we were feeling quite overwhelmed. After being recommended Dee from @Realty, we immediately knew that we had made the right decision from her first visit. Dee was honest, and was easy to talk to, she has a high level of detail, and was available throughout the whole experience to contact with any questions we had. Robyn is absolutely fantastic to deal with. We had looked around for a while, and Robyn was one of the few agents that took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home, and then connected us with a property that she knew would be right for our family. This was a clear point of difference compared to most of the other agents we worked with, who just tried to sell us on whatever property that they had to hand. Once we'd negotiated an offer, Robyn answered all of the many queries that we had during the purchase process and worked with all of the stakeholders wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly. 5 Stars, but more if we could! You can’t beat local knowledge when it comes to selling in an area and the local market. Lynda and David Croker are simply passionate about what they can do for their clients at Croker Realty. They are born and bred true blue locals. They know Kyogle and surrounds, and have a very good local market knowledge and a well established sales history. Predominantly Lynda dealt with us, but David was available if needed. Lynda’s engagement style is thoroughly genuine, well measured and she is a cheerful and positive lady. Lynda went above and beyond our expectations; was honest, prompt, polite and very understanding when it came to Mum’s feelings about selling her family home of 62 years. Nothing was too much trouble. Lynda suggested little changes, gave us great advice, kept us informed at all times and always gave 100% attention to the sale of Mum’s property. Lynda is competent and professional, and has a very warm and reassuring way of supporting the seller through the process. Plus she secured our top price!
