This is the second time that I’ve use Pat to sell a house and I would never consider using anybody else. No one could possibly work harder or smarter than he has. It really can be stressful to sell a house so it’s imperative to get someone with a lot of experience and common sense, along with an indefatigable work ethic. That’s Pat. I can’t count the number of decisions he made that turned out to be wise and the number of moves he made that turned out to be deft. I was interstate when both houses were sold .
