Lynda and David Croker are simply passionate about what they can do for their clients at Croker Realty. They are born and bred true blue locals. They know Kyogle and surrounds, and have a very good local market knowledge and a well established sales history. Predominantly Lynda dealt with us, but David was available if needed. Lynda’s engagement style is thoroughly genuine, well measured and she is a cheerful and positive lady. Lynda went above and beyond our expectations; was honest, prompt, polite and very understanding when it came to Mum’s feelings about selling her family home of 62 years. Nothing was too much trouble. Lynda suggested little changes, gave us great advice, kept us informed at all times and always gave 100% attention to the sale of Mum’s property. Lynda is competent and professional, and has a very warm and reassuring way of supporting the seller through the process. Plus she secured our top price! Glenn sold my Mother's house in Basin View NSW in a very short time of being put on the market. Dee was incredible to us whilst looking at the house we eventually purchased. As soon as we met Glenn we knew he was the one to sell our mother's home. He was familiar with other sales happening in the area and sales in our immediate area over previous years, he certainly was prepared for us at our initial meeting. We were included in everything from the beginning and our individual requests were respected. As clients we felt that nothing was too much trouble and that our mother's home was his priority, even though Glenn had many other homes on his books. The listing photos were presented to us for approval before being posted online and the open day report was given as soon as practical after close of inspection. Mum's home sold straight away with a minimum of stress and we are sure the purchaser would feel that Glenn was an easy person to negotiate with, which makes the process of selling much more pleasant.
