As soon as we met Glenn we knew he was the one to sell our mother's home. He was familiar with other sales happening in the area and sales in our immediate area over previous years, he certainly was prepared for us at our initial meeting. We were included in everything from the beginning and our individual requests were respected. As clients we felt that nothing was too much trouble and that our mother's home was his priority, even though Glenn had many other homes on his books. The listing photos were presented to us for approval before being posted online and the open day report was given as soon as practical after close of inspection. This is the second time that I’ve use Pat to sell a house and I would never consider using anybody else. No one could possibly work harder or smarter than he has.
