I find it hard to believe reviews gushing about how wonderful a business/item/person is, so I will stick to facts about why Dee should be your next Agent. As a first time seller, Dee patiently and carefully explained the process we were to follow and the expected time frame in which it would occur. I found that there was no need to check up on my Solicitors progress as Dee would check in with them and report back to me. I was regularly kept up to date with interest in our property and difficult prospective buyers dealt with her consummate professionalism. The network of people she was connected to in the industry was commendable and her experience was evident. Nothing was too difficult for her and I was extremely pleased with the level of service she provided, down to the finest details and the artistic way her photographer presented our property online. We moved interstate before the house was sold and I was more than happy to leave our home in her care after we left. I have confidently told family and friends they should only use her services if they are considering selling. I know they will appreciate, as I did, the amount of time and effort Dee expends to make your sale as easy and stress free as possible.
