As a first time seller, Dee patiently and carefully explained the process we were to follow and the expected time frame in which it would occur. I found that there was no need to check up on my Solicitors progress as Dee would check in with them and report back to me. I was regularly kept up to date with interest in our property and difficult prospective buyers dealt with her consummate professionalism.
